Guest Reviews & Ratings
Arriving at the hotel around 1 am after a long flight from Australia, the room was really small but had very nice views of the Inland Waterways and the ocean beyond. The service was friendly and welcoming overall, but the loud party till 5 am disrupted my sleep, which was disappointing after paying for a good night's rest. The location was convenient to various shops and restaurants within walking distance, ideal for easy access to the airport and nearby attractions. The dining experience was average with room for improvement in food variety and temperature maintenance. The facilities were decent, offering standard amenities.
The hotel was conveniently located near the water taxi and various restaurants, making it easy to get around and enjoy meals out. The rooms were a bit disappointing with cleanliness issues and limited amenities, but the check-in process was swift and efficient. However, the lack of available rooms initially led to us having to book two separate rooms. Service was excellent in addressing our needs promptly, although we did face a delay with requesting a service that we were charged for. The location was great for exploring Fort Lauderdale and being close to the airport, although some areas felt dimly lit. The dining experience was clean and good but slightly overpriced. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
The hotel is conveniently located for pre- or post-cruise stays, but not particularly close to the beach. The service was friendly and helpful, although a delay in providing amenities was a downside. The dining options were acceptable but somewhat chaotic. The location is convenient for access to nearby eateries but not exceptional.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were spacious and clean on the 10th floor, which was great, but they were very dated and had a noticeable mold smell. The service was friendly and courteous, although a bit underwhelming at times. The location was excellent for the Cruise ship terminal and provided easy access to key amenities. The dining experience was very good with a tasty selection, yet it could be improved with hot plates to keep food warm. Overall, there were some highlights and some areas that needed attention during my stay.
My stay at the hotel had its highs and lows. The location was fantastic for easy access to the water taxi and nearby restaurants, but the rooms were disappointing with a moldy smell and evident cleanliness issues. The service was a mixed bag with welcoming staff, but noise disturbances from a party lasting till 5 am. The dining experience was a pleasant surprise with complimentary tasty meals, though improvements could be made to keep food warm. Overall, it was a decent stay with some notable drawbacks.
The hotel had a lovely location near the cruise port terminal and was very clean and comfortable. The rooms were a bit pricey due to the high demand during the Seatrade Convention and there was a slight mold smell. Despite this, our stay left us feeling relaxed and in vacation mode.
I found the hotel to be a good value overall, with tidy and comfortable rooms. However, I felt the rooms were a bit small and old, lacking an extra garbage can. The service was friendly, with outstanding suggestions for parking and shuttle services. The location was convenient for shopping and the cruise port, though the shuttle service was limited. The dining experience was nice, although I had some issues with pricing.
